Returns & Refunds Policy
Right of Withdrawal
For all online orders, customers have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of the goods.
Within this period, you may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and return the goods.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- unworn and unused
- in perfect condition
- returned preferably in its original packaging
A proof of purchase or order number is required.

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
All returns must be sent via a trackable shipping service (e.g. DHL or UPS with tracking number).
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, processing may take several business days.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- custom-made jewellery pieces
- personalised items
- engraved products
- bespoke or made-to-order items
