You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the standard delivery option offered by us).

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

Returning the Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
